EPM 11.2 with SQL Server 2019

I have a new 11.2.4 install with SQL Server 2019 for the repositories. Everything configured fine and is running. I tried to create the sample Planning application. It created but is completely empty. Could this be due to the SQL server version? Has anyone out there run 11.2 on SQL Server 2019?
