Add concurrent request to PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes XI option

When we run the AutoInvoice process in our AR module, we have a request set that we have set up that includes running a custom Autoinvoice Pre-Processor and then the standard Oracle AutoInvoice process runs after that. We are now billing out of the projects module as well. Users have been trained to run the PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes and then choose the Streamline Option of XI: Interface Draft Invoice to AR in order to generate invoices from the projects module.
