Delete & New buttons are appearing from Menu options at Applet level

Hi,

Not sure if anyone of you come across this issue or know the solution.

Delete & New buttons are appearing from Menu options at Applet level

I see the properties No Delete & No Insert are checked at the applet level.

But still these buttons are apperaing at the applet level.
