How can I seed a custom personalized view that will retrieve user specific Agreements?

I want to create a custom seeded personalized view to show each user their own Agreements in the Buyer Work Center. I am familiar with creating personalized views and seed them for all users to be able to see and use them. However, I am looking to add criteria that will only retrieve each user's own Agreements. I can see Oracle seeded views such as 'My Incomplete Agreements' , 'My Expiring Agreements' etc. I wish to create 'My Approved Agreements' as a seeded view. I have looked at the following notes but I am not able to see how
