Usage of SCHEDULED_START_DATE, SCHEDULED_FINISH_DATE in PA Tasks Table

Hi All,

I would like to understand the usage of scheduled_start_Date and scheduled_finish_date in pa_tasks table. At which stage these columns will be updated.

As far as I understand, these dates will populate only when the project that has been comes from external system. Would like to understand actual usage of these columns.
