asmcmd afd_lsdsk showing There are no labelled devices.

Hello Group ,

I have to reboot the server and after the reboot I was able to see the disk with below command


ll /dev/oracleasm (oracleasm is my disk string_

but when i check with

asmcmd afd_lsdsk showing There are no labelled devices.


I have to manually go and scan the disk with below command and then the disk were able to discover .

asmcmd afd_scan '/dev/oracleasm/*'


Question is why after the server reboot the disk are not getting discovered .
