Not able to transmit payment using SFTP

Hi,


I am not able to transmit payment via Payment Manager to payment system via SFTP protocol.

Transmission error : Internal Error to Payment Server: Error in writing data Connection reset

Screen Log : iby.net.SecureFTPPutFunction.transmit]:oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Error in writing data Connection reset........

Caused by: oracle.apps.iby.exception.PSException: Communication error. The payment system, the processor, or iPayment electronic commerce servlet is not available/accessible............

However, I am able to put the file manually on the sftp server successfully.


Configuration :

Oracle Payment R12.2.5

Protocol : SFTP

FTP Server Host name : *****

Ftp account username : ****

Client Private Key File : ****
