Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ECCv5 importing AR application failed with status 409

Hi everyone,

I'm getting error when importing ar_ecc.zip to ECC v5, other application products were imported successfully.

ar_ecc log:

ECC Application File:/tmp/ECCv5Files/ar/12.0.0/patch/115/ecc/applications/ar_ecc.zip

ERROR: Failed with status 409 for url http://<ebs_middletier_host_fqdn>:<ebs_middletier_port>/ecc/user/import/applications?gfmString=x7cEoef8PsCAfTUrUQzDwQ..

Please check the log: import_20210215141845.log in ECC instance for error details
