Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Which of 2 files better to use for software install when upgrade to 19c - RPM on not RPM:

Oracle Database 19c (19.3) for Linux x86-64 (RPM) oracle-database-ee-19c-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm

vs.

Oracle Database 19c (19.3) for Linux x86-64 LINUX.X64_193000_db_home.zip

Note: currently we have NON-CDB Oracle Standard 12.2 data base to upgrade to db19c
