patch 31659823 for 11.0.4.2, services Oracle and OraListner can't start

Hi everyone,

for installation of 31659823 patch on oracle 11.0.4.2,

i stop Oracle services and i use opatch. During the installation, opatch says it need msvcr71.dll.

I put this msvcr71.dll in my windows install folder, and i retry opatch installation.

It works, but the Oracle services (ora and listner) can't restart,

Is someone here has faced the same issue ?

I search on this forums and google, but i found no issue for this patch,

So is anyone have an idea of what's going on in my installation, please response
