Changes to cost centre hierarchies not reflecting in PTD balances

Hello colleagues,

We are running Oracle eBiz suite r12.1.3. In GL, we've created new cost centre values and not assigned them into a parent hierarchy. Then we've been posting journals using those new cost centres, and users have not been able to see these journals reflected in their account inquiry PTD balances. This is because they are querying at company parent cost centre level.

So to resolve this we added the new cost centres into the cost centre hierarchy. But still the account balances have not updated to include these new cost centres, even though they are now in the hierarchy rolling up to the company parent cost centre level.
