Can i change the workflow of any transaction type in Order Management Orders?

Im looking for a solution to change the workflow of our transaction type where wer can add an approval step after the order can be booked.

Searching in the MOS i found the ORACLE Workflow Builder but our Plataform (HP-UX PA-RISC (64bits)) is not compatible with the WF Builder.
