2020 ACA 12.2 - Any ETA for the California electronic reporting patch?

Is there any update on the next phase patch for 2020 ACA reporting? I'm in California and will need to submit test files for validation to the state before we can submit final files at the end of March. I'm not sure if that deadline has been extended (for state or for federal).
