Is there subaward or subrecipient functionality in GMS?

We have a grant that will be shared with an external entity that is completely outside of our organization. We are the owners of the grant, a portion of the grant will be our funds, and we will be serving as a pass through agency for the external entity. The external entity will send us their summary expenditures. We will bill the grantor on their behalf and send them the funds once that billing is paid by the grantor. If there is no subaward or subrecipient functionality in EBS, what is best practice for this scenario?
