Exadata X8M-2 DBCA prerequisite chekc errors on 12.1.0.2 and 12.2.0.1

This is a new installation for the Exadata. We have:

/u01/app/19.0.0.0/grid/bin/dbca

/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1/bin/dbca   ( Database creation warning during prerequisite check for cluster)

/u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0.1/dbhome_1/bin/dbca   ( Database creation warning during prerequisite check for cluster)

/u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_1/bin/dbca

When creating the database in 12.1.0.2 and 12.2.0.1 we receive an error on the cluster verification prerequisite check:

The error is : Scan Port listener port for listener "LISTENER_SCAN1" does not match other ports.

Cluster Verification checks failed on nodes: node1, node2

We check the cluster verification command and it shows good:
