while upgrading the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to13.4 FROM 13.3 stuck with adaptive fetatures

I have a EM13.3 and I am upgrading it to EM13.4- runs on linux RH7 with a 19.10 repository

I am following, mainly, this document:Enterprise Manager 13.4 Cloud Control Upgrade Run Book (Doc ID 2715099.2)

I have gone through the following steps:

  • Planning your Upgrade
  • Installing Software, Plugins and Patches
  • Running Pre-requisite Checks

I am now Running the actual Upgrade which requires down-time. I am stuck in step 2 of the upgrade as it keeps insisting that the adaptive features of the database should be unset. I run the following script successfully:

--Prerequisite Name = Check if all adaptive features parameters are unset
