Migrating from 12.2 to 19c requirements

Our environment:

RAC: 3 nodes RAC

Os: Oracle Linux 7

DB size: 98 TB

Where do I find the following for migration to 19c RAC database

Note: We will have 3 new Linux servers with new 120TB SAN.

  1. How do I find the most recent 19c RAC db version? Link would be helpful.
  2. Where do I find OS OEL 7 requirement for this new 19c RAC database, i.e. OS packages to apply and OS parameter required by Oracle.
  3. what is the the best way to migrate 98 TB of data to new 19c environment? Thank you
