[High - Lag at Chkpt] [Increasing - Time Since Chkpt]

Hi,

I am having a few extract processes running for Real Time Replication. From last 2 days I am monitoring the extracts closely and I got to know that for all the extract processes there is a continuous increase in lag for Time Since Chkpt and there is a high lag for Lag at Chkpt.

Can anybody help me out to bring the extracts in normal status.
