How update Expiration Date on F744008

I have some tax rate areas with expiration date 31/12/20 and I need to update it.

From EU Intra-Comm VAT (P744008) , the expiration field is grayed.

If I modify the expiration date directly in P4008, it create a new record in F744008 but the primitive record with expiration date continues. So I have two records for the same tax rate area.

The localization report still does not work.

Do you know how update the expiration date avoiding create a new record in the table?
