Siebel Homepage Performance Improvement

Hello Experts,


We upgraded our Siebel environment from IP13 (8.1.1.11) to IP17 (20.12), in the previous version, we were able to edit the Siebel Homepage and hide some applets to improve the login performance especially when the user has a huge number of records, for example when the user has a lot of hundreds of Service Requests assigned to him, the navigation to the homepage will be slow, while if the Service Request applet is hidden it will be very fast.


Appreciate your help if there is a way to hide these applets or any other way to improve the performance.
