Charges not getting apply

Hi Team,

I am facing below issue:

1- Created a sales order with shipping warehouse= A, the charges on the Sales Order Header is getting applied.

2- Created another sales with same parameters like Customer, shipping method etc etc but here the Shipping warehouse is "B", then the charges are NOT a getting applied on Sales order header.


Can anyone please help me on this.
