AWR Report- To find an issue for Tuning.

Dear Experts,

From below AWR report How would I say my DB is performing optimally ( We do not see any complains from App users). But would like to Tune to the Best as I see some spike in OEM during this time everyday. I would like to know to if something is there from report to look out for tuning or all is good. Please guide.

Objective of my task is to proactive findout Any perfomance issues by monitoring DB & OEM all day!!!
