SMON: Restarting fast_start parallel rollback?

One of my alert logs has that message (SMON: Restarting fast_start parallel rollback) repeated over and over. It doesn't have an associated error message and everything seems to be working ok, including no unusual performance issues. The system is an Oracle 11g database with 2 nodes. I'm getting the error message on only one of the two nodes. This all started about 6 days ago. I cannot find any similar error messages in the other alert logs on the same server. fast_start_parallel_rollback is set to high. But that hasn't changed, so I'm trying
