Where to find documentation about solving messages from DBMS_MVIEW_EXPLAIN_MVIEW

We are using Oracle Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

I want to find out how to solve my problems with a materialized view with fast refresh on commit.

When i Query select * from MV_CAPABILITIES_TABLE I get some results. I do'nt know how tosolve the MSGNO's i get. Can anyone help me to sole these isssues ?

I got the MSG No's:

2068 Relatie is geen partitioneerde tabel.

2067 geen partitiesleutel, PMARKER of join-afhankelijke uitdrukking in SELECT-lijst
