Has anyone imported Product Structure via REST API in Siebel

Hi,

We have a need to import the external product into Siebel product Structure and we are validating to use "SWI Import Product" Business Service, which works fine as Inbound Web Service but when enabled as Rest API it does import the product structure. Has anyone used Siebel IP 17+ Rest API to Import Product Structure successfully?
