E1 debug log for 2 report

Hello,


end user need the debug log for 2 report.


We enable debbug logging to all E1, then end user did the test, but notice the debug logging "Low troubleshooting..." didn't get the debug log for 2 report


how get debug log if running 2 report parent call other report child?
