how Transaction Configuration event gets triggered

Hi,


In the Transaction configuration, we have two events for Route for approval, one at header level and one at line level. Currently, line level event is called. My question is how system picks line level event whilr sending email when requisition is submitted.


We want to identify which events in transaction configuration are in use.
