RAC failover /failback in Oracle EBS R12.29

We have migrated the EBS R12.2 .9 database (12.1.0.2), single non RAC) from legacy server to ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) 19.9 configuring 2 node RAC .

EBS application tier have been configured with 4 node webtier ,ie one web tier for admin ,concurrent processing node) and other 3 web tier server for (forms server ,oacore ) .

below are the query w.r.t to RAC failover /failback ,Please let know what should be the expected behavior /user experience under this scenarios

  1. if the first RAC database instance crashes/goes down then what will happen to user /Oracle form session/ database connection running long queries which have connected to first RAC database instance .
