ACA1095C PDF Deleted from the XMLP Folder before Transfer to Repo

Our ACA1095C  PDF file is getting automatically deleted from the XMLP folder at the end of the Process Scheduler PSjob run and never gets transferred to the report repository. The file is 300MB in size but as soon as the job in PRCS is finished, we witnessed the XMLP folder content getting deleted. We've been looking for the setting controlling that but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks
