Peoplesoft HRMS - PMS document issue

Hi All,

I hope everyone is doing good.

I have a query, when an employee submitted his performance document for approval after completion of the manager evolution, In the Overall performance Rating section, the page is displaying employee rating copied from Manager rating, There is no option to the employee to select the overall rating in the self evolution as shown below.

Is it the actual functionality? If you face any such issue please suggest the solution.
