Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. get the ff. errors when starting oracle

SQL> startup nomount;

ORA-39510: CRS error performing start on instance 'orXXXX' on 'orXXXX'

CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.XXXXX.db' is already running on 'XXXXX'

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.XXXXX.db' has placement error.

clsr_start_resource:260 status:223

clsrapi_start_db:start_asmdbs status:223

pls help
