Oracle Lease and Finance Management Terms and Conditions

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC)

We have 11 Terms and Conditions in OLFM Lease Contracts and the values are static and unchaged. But everytime user create contract he has to manually add terms and conditions.

Can you please let us know how to automate them as and when user create contract all 11 terms and conditions be added with default values that we setup which save lot of time.
