ESBC OOS when SA OOS

Hi all,

am just wondering if there is a way to

A) take the SBC out of service, or to stop replying to remote OPTION pings when carrier side Session Agents are not reachable anymore.

and

B) when at least one carrier side Session Agent is replying to SBC's OPTION pings, the SBC gets back into service, or restarting to reply to OPTION pings.

setup:

IP-PBX --> SBC AP1100 --> Carrier SIP Proxy


Is that something SPL can be used for, or are there other options?
