Need to know if we can track the non inventory item in install base.

Hi,

I am trying to track non inventory item in install base. My requirement is a non inventory item should be shipped and has to be tracked in IB, for that we have a custom work flow with which I am able to successfully ship the order and close it but the order is not getting imported to IB. I am shipping only this non inventory item.

Attached are the setups done at inventory side.
