Hello Community,

Need your help urgently.

After applaying patches to change PROD instance URL from Http to https, we relaod new template WEB ADI. User copy/past data fron old web adi to the new one, and try to load the journal entries.

However we get all time this error message: Entered amounts for Journal 1 are not balanced.

entries ares correctly balanced , but we are enable to load the we adi data.

Any help or suggestion please?

we can not ask user to enter manually all the journal entries, they have more the 50 for eache site and we are in mont end process
