Best practice for maintaining event templates in Strategic Sourcing
All of our event templates have at least one attachment on it such as Terms and Conditions. Occasionally those attachments change and need to be replaced. We are running into issues when editing a event template, deleting the old attachments and then adding the new ones. It causes errors on any events that were created by copying the template and those old attachments. The attachments on those existing events no longer open.
It doesn't appear that you can create versions of event templates. Is there a better way to maintain attachments on a template?
