BPA Update API Features

hi Team,

We have a requirement to create and update API global BPA. All BPA should be imported as global. Will BPA update API work for below scenarios

1) Create BPA with Agreed quantity

2)Update BPA agreed quantity along with prices

3)Update BPA agreed quantity along with price , once a release had happened. Agreed quantity will be always greater than release quantity . We will be creating Oracle standard PO rather than a blanket release.

We are currently using EBS R12.2.8
