oda-admin password forgot, changed the password not taking

I have a oracle database appliance X7-2 S with software version 18.5 installed.

We forgot the oda-admin password tried to reset using

#odacli-adm set-credential --password ODA#1322adm_n- --username oda-admin

But it giving below errors.

"Agent password:

Error: password should contain no fewer than 9 characters and does not exceed 30 characters

More info:

password length (minimum:9 maximum:30) characters

password should contain ALL of the following:

     a) at least two uppercase letters

     b) at least two lowercase letters

     c) at least two numbers

     d) at least two special characters, valid characters are # _ - "
