Secondary Quantity/UOM display in P48013 Work Order Application

Hello,

We have defined Secondary UOM and their conversions for all production items.

When user enters WO he is not able to see the secondary Quantity/UOM in P48013 application.

Is there any setup to enable this

I checked help and it say

"Alias: SQOR

If the secondary unit of measure option in Inventory Constants is selected,this field will display on data entry screens.

But I could not find such setup

Second option is to enable dual UOM in item master ,which we do not want to enable

Can somebody suggest what setup is required to enable this?
