Resource sub-elements not displaying in LOV for a Make Item.

in Cost Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Guru's,

I am trying to add the pedning cost for an item with out a cost rollup. When i try to select the Resource sub-element type it is showing as no List of values available.

Product name-Cost Management

Current Version- R12.1.3
