Opening the Data Process Control grid takes forever in Chrome

in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) (MOSC)

Users are testing the HFM 11.2.3 and see the below issues with Chrome browser.

One entity, two months … from Not Started to First Pass took over 8 minutes?! Opening the Data Process Control grid takes forever. Even toggling between opened tabs (Consolidation Grid to Process Control Grid) takes forever. Is there any setting that could be causing this issue?
