No items in business unit XXXXX and staging ID 0000000000XXXXX are marked for putaway. (11220,41)

Even though there is a solution under (Doc ID 1572062.1)

There is a possibility that this failure can still occur. We ensured that no two INPPPTWY processes are running at the same time. Also made sure that users cannot trigger it manually.

Still encountered this issue and identified another root cause of this failure.

It is occurring due to the BU_ITEM_LOCK record populated with the Business Unit and Item ID information to be processed by the INPPPTWY program.
