Effective dated Value Lists in HCM 9.2 PI 37 Time and Labor

We are testing the new Effective dated Value Lists in HCM. During the conversion scripts in PI 37 Psoft loaded our existing value lists (PS_TL_VAL_LIST_DTL) into the new effdt table (PS_TL_VAL_RLST_DTL). If we create or change a list using the current date as the effdt the system will update the old value list table for us. But if we create a list with a future effdt the system does not seem to automatically move that list back to the old table when the new effdt becomes valid.
