Installing Certificates on JDE Trial Edition 9.2.5

I am trying to replace the self-signed certificates on my JDE Trial Edition 9.2.5 with ones from a certificate authority. I have updated the keystore settings in the weblogic console to point to my new PKCS12 keystore on the AIS and HTML servers. I have no issues logging into EnterpriseOne with the new keystore. However, I can no longer sign into Orchestrator Studio. The browser takes to to the login page without issue, but when I enter my credentials I receive an Authentication Error.

If I put the keystore setting back to the original keystore, everything works again, but my browser is constantly warning me about invalid certificates. Can someone tell me what I am missing?
