SP prompt on Serial Port for S7-2 first boot

Hi,

Trying to perform the initial setup of recently delivered S7-2 server.

Following steps as per below link for serial connectivity on SER MGT port.

I am using a RJ45 crossover cable with serial to USB adapter cable connected to my laptop. I can see a COM port in the device manager but when I connect with secure CRT or putty with the connection properties , I just see a blank screen with no errors.





What am I missing?

I have tried connecting using Secure CRT with same result.
