How to record FA disposals in legacy system during migration to FA 12.1.3

We are migrating to Oracle Assets during the middle of the year and are planning to upload balances as on end of Jan period from legacy. There are some asset retirements recorded n legacy system which Client wants to record in Oracle so there is history in Oracle. Lets say our first period is Feb how do we upload assets disposed in legacy between Oct to Jan period? Appreciate your inputs.
