Customer is not showing in master but available in LOV transaction

Hi Oracle,


I have created a new customer name " Intibenua Perkasatama, PT" through SQL insert and running customer Interface program.

Customer Interface report is showing no error (attached file) but IF i search through customer program I could not find customer name " Intibenua Perkasatama, PT" . In transaction program, I can create an invoice to " Intibenua Perkasatama, PT"

I tried to create another new customer through manual entry as comparison and it's showing.  

My question is why customer " Intibenua Perkasatama, PT" is not showing in customer master? Is there any setup missing?
