Create Promotion modifier (buy from 50 to 300 CRT and get 2 EA for every 10 CRT )

Hi,We are using E-Business Suit R12 , How to create modifier with type Promotion in case of buying from 50 CRT to 300 CRT of specific item to get free product for each 10 CRT

so if i create sales order with qty of 70 i will get 2 free items on order
