Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is procedure for adding Siebel LOV in version 20.4?

I've read that for IP18 it depends on using workspaces. I have seen things suggesting this was changing with a later patch.

Could someone direct me to specific documentation for Siebel version 20.4?
