How to send integrity report output by email

Hi,

I need to email integrity reports to a user. I can do this by using BI Publisher RTF reports, but the integrity reports to do not always contain data which means the XML file will not always contain the data needed to build the BI Publisher RTF file.

Is there a way to email these reports without using BI Publisher?

Is there a way to generate these XML files so they will always contain the data needed to create BI Publisher RTF files?

I thought about trying this with Orchestrator but I don't know enough about it yet (taking training in April). In Orchestrator, I created a notification, an orchestration and a service report. When I run the notification the report will run and send an email but I cannot find a way to attached the report from WSJ. Maybe I need to somehow use the job number? And, I'm still not sure if the email is sent immediately or after the report run is complete - I need to test this.
